NABIP-MA is a state chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Benefits Professionals (NABIP) - the preeminent organization for health insurance and employee benefits professionals based in Washington, DC. In tandem with the resources of our national association, NABIP-MA serves the needs of the Massachusetts market, our members and our clients. We're dedicated to supporting and enhancing the value of health and benefits brokers in the private insurance market through Legislative Advocacy, Professional Development and CE Programs, Business Resources and Networking Opportunities.

The NABIP-MA Board of Directors is comprised primarily of health insurance and employee benefits brokers just like you. Some own their own agencies. Others work in leadership positions in regional or national brokerage firms.
Our board members have expertise in many areas of the benefits market - from small fully insured groups to large self-funded groups, from ancillary benefits to administrative services, and from individual financial services to Medicare/senior products. We strive to bring diversity, equity and inclusion to our profession and to our leadership.
Board members serve for two-year terms beginning on July 1 each year. If you are interested in serving on the NABIP-MA board, or if you'd like to nominate someone to serve on the board, please submit your Nomination Form (link) by April 1st to be considered for any open position(s) for the upcoming year.
